The Land Goldmine Fast Track is an eight-week program designed to help real estate agents build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to capitalize on opportunities in the land market. Led by KW MAPS Coach Kristen Cronin alongside Ben Clark and Jason Trosper of the KW Land Division, the program combines proven Keller Williams MREA models with specialized strategies for agricultural, equestrian, recreational, and other land transactions.
Participants will learn how to identify and generate land leads, accurately evaluate properties, complete proper due diligence, navigate creative opportunities such as assemblage and leases, and establish themselves as trusted land authorities in their markets. The program includes practical resources, proven conversation frameworks, and a personalized 90-day action plan to help participants immediately apply what they learn and secure their next land deal.
All sessions are recorded for playback purposes. Clients will have access to all recordings and materials for 60 days after the conclusion of the final session.
